Custom-made furniture cannot be returned unless defective. For stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned items. Customization fees are non-refundable.
Our furniture comes with warranties as specified at the time of purchase. Warranties cover manufacturing defects but do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be made in accordance with our warranty policy.
